Kidney lies deep in the body and we can't reach it, however according to the theory of TCM, we can exercise the kidney in many ways, to improve the energy of the kidney, and help the kidney health.
- The lower back is the house where the kidney lives, and Shenshu point is the window of the kidney on the body surface.
- Kidney meridians (energy) start from Yongquan point on the sole of the foot, and reach the kidney through the heel, the inside of the leg and the abdomen. Practicing the sole of the foot is beneficial to kidney health.
- The kidney's favorite color is black.
- Musically, “Yu” tone of Chinese Guqin is good for the kidneys; So we chose it as the BGM for the course.
